A new leak on Twitter today claims to offer our first look at Apple’s oft-rumored “AirPods Studio” over-ear headphones. The image purportedly shows the “Sport variant” of Apple’s headphones with a mesh design of sorts, and it comes from the @choco_bit account. Bloomberg has reported that Apple is developing at least two variations of its over-ear headphones: a premium version with “leather-like fabrics” and a “fitness-focused model that uses lighter, breathable materials with small perforations....

KGI’s Ming-Chi Kuo issued an AAPL investor report this morning that is mostly pessimistic on Apple’s prospects of meaningfully increasing iPhone and iPad sales in the first half of the year. Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo is out with a new investor note today focused on what to expect from Apple for the rest of this year. According to the analyst, we can expect six new Apple products with mini-LED, including a new 14.1-inch MacBook Pro. According to Kuo, the 14.1-inch MacBook Pro will replace the 13-inch model in Apple’s lineup. This comes after Apple replaced the 15-inch MacBook Pro with a 16-inch version last year....

An Apple patent application has described how transparent glass keycaps could be used to improve MacBook keyboard durability. Rather fittingly, given the unhappy history of the butterfly keyboard on MacBooks, the patent acknowledges the difficulties inherent in trying to design a keyboard that is both thin and durable… One perennial problem with keyboards is that printed keycaps tend to wear off over time.
