Ahead of Red Bull TV’s global live stream of this year’s Lollapalooza music festival in Downtown Chicago, the Apple TV Red Bull TV channel has picked up a dedicated Lollapalooza section hyping the event.
Red Bull TV will be exclusively broadcasting the annual music festival with three channels: one channel with behind-the-scenes interviews and sessions with featured artists and two more channels for streaming live performances. Red Bull TV will also offer on-demand video of performances shortly after each one.
Views can find the concerts and footage on Red Bull TV’s various apps including iOS and Android, and the entire festival will be available live and on-demand via Apple TV through the Red Bull TV channel added to the set-top box in January.
The dedicated Lollapalooza hub through the Red Bull TV channel on Apple TV can already be accessed via the top navigation bar on that channel. Viewers can access the festival line-up and time slots for performances as well as view a countdown before each performance kicks off. The channel also features video highlights with selected artists and a history of Lollapalooza video in the highlights section now.
Lollapalooza kicks off at Grant Park, Chicago, (and wherever your Apple TV is located) tomorrow with performances by Eminem, Outkast, Arctic Monkeys, Lorde, Kings of Leon, Nas, Calvin Harris, and over 100 more artists and entertainers.
