Makeup mogul, social media icon, and Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kylie Jenner lost her former assistant after she quit to become social media famous. Victoria Villarroel quit in order to pursue her own career as an Instagram influencer, just like her old boss.
22-year-old Kylie first found fame with her family’s reality TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians when she was only 9-years-old. The reality TV star started dating 28-year-old rapper Travis Scott back in April 2017 when they were spotted packing on the PDA at Coachella, around the time she became the youngest billionaire thanks to her company Kylie Cosmetics. Less than a year later, the two welcomed their daughter, Stormi Webster. The 22-year-old billionaire has made a name for herself on Instagram and all over the world with her Kylie Lip Kits.
A source revealed to Us Weekly that Kylie’s former assistant, Victoria decided to quit to become a social media influencer herself, they said, “Victoria wants to be an influencer in her own right and is focusing on that now.” However, it doesn’t mean that Kylie isn’t supportive of Victoria’s dream of being like her former boss, the source noted, “Kylie and Victoria are still friends and close. Kylie doesn’t have any bad feelings about Victoria going off to do her own thing and is supportive.” The latest picture she has is of herself, Kylie and another friend in the back of a limo, check out the post below:
27-year-old Victoria shares a publicist with her and Kylie’s other Instagram influencer friend Stassie Karanikalaou. She actually posted a photo of her and Kylie on Monday, January 13th, showing that their mutual friendship is still intact. They even were around for Kylie’s pre-Christmas celebrations on December 23rd where the group of girls dressed up in matching red outfits as “Santa’s babies.”
It seems that while Kylie may have lost an assistant, she’s very supportive of what Victoria is persuing now. It’s likely that being Kylie’s ex-assistant and friend has not only given her hints as to how Kylie became such a social media icon but helped boost her platform as well.
