Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kim Kardashian announced that she doesn’t want to have any more children with her rapper husband Kanye West. The reality TV star is content with her four children that she already has.

Since their show first aired in 2007, the Kardashian klan has been entertaining the reality tv watching masses, with Kim at the center of it all. The beauty mogul married Kanye in 2014, which was featured on season 9 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians — it was Kim’s third marriage and the first for Kanye. The couple will celebrate their 6th anniversary in May 2020. Currently, the couple has four children -  North, 6, Saint, 3, followed by daughter Chicago, 20-months, and four-month-old Psalm.

The mother of four said (via Cosmopolitan) that she doesn’t think her and her Kanye will be welcoming any more children, at least not any time soon. Kim has always said that since she comes from a large family, she wanted her kids to experience having multiple siblings, but two girls and two boys might be the limit. In a Q&A on the influencer’s Instagram page (which she claims to be the first she’s ever done) one fan asked if she was considering having more children. In previous interviews and appearances, Kim has said she’s interested in having anywhere between four and six children - in which Kanye is fully on-board for as he too wants a large family - but when responding to the fan Kim said that she’s happy with four now. Kim recently posted an Instagram post of her and her four children which can be seen below.

Kim wrote, “I LOVE my babies so much but 4 is all I can handle with how busy I am,” which seems reasonable considering her KKW Beauty endeavors, her numerous social appearances, and photoshoots. Kim also suffered from placenta accreta during her pregnancies with North and Saint, which forced her and West to have children Chicago and Psalm through a surrogate, and is likely a factor in their decision to not have more children. On top of being a beauty mogul, Kim has recently decided to follow in the footsteps of her late father Robert Kardashian to pursue a career in law, which is yet another thing for her to fit into her busy schedule. Kim has currently finished the first of her four years of law school with plans to take the bar exam in 2022, and she’s shifting her focus from reality TV to prison reform in order to make a difference in the US prison system.

To many, it would seem near impossible to raise four children, attend law school, and create a beauty empire all at once but luckily the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has a solid support system from the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner family. Kim’s kids have their siblings, as well as all their similarly-aged cousins to grow up with. The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch Kris Jenner has 6 children as well as 10 grandchildren - giving the world the generation Kardashian klan.
