Khloé Kardashian talked up her spinoff series with daughter True on a recent episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. A potential title for the show so far is, Khloé and True Take the World.
To date, Khloé has fewer current extracurricular activities than her sisters. Kim is busy with KKW Beauty, four kids, law school and her husband Kanye West. Kourtney is a mother of three and recently launched her lifestyle publication and brand, Poosh. Kylie Jenner has been busy making her billion, waking everyone up with her “Rise and Shine” meme, and bringing up her daughter Stormi. Meanwhile, Kendall is an in-demand supermodel with endorsement deals for Elizabeth Arden and Calvin Klein. Khloe has been adept at establishing a rich social life for herself outside of the family, but it would be nice to get more of her signature humor and point-of-view.
Aside from Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloé has starred in three spinoff series: Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami, Kourtney and Khloé Take the Hamptons, and Khloé and Lamar. She also had her own radio show called The Mix Up with Khloé Kardashian Odom. Recently, Khloé has helped men and women battling the bulge on Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian. Details on the rumored spin-off are sparse, but Khloé was seen on a recent episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians (via Us Weekly) taking a production meeting for the reality show still in development. On a photo of Khloé and True appeared to be a potential title for the show, Khloe and True Take the World.
If and when it debuts, it will mark the first time that a Kardashian or Jenner grandchild shares top billing with their mom or dad. After Khloé broke it off with NBA player, Tristan Thompson, she’s been focused on raising their 19-month-old daughter True. News that Khloe is in development on a new series starring her with her daughter is great. She and True, 19 months, have a wonderful rapport with each other - no surprise there. This spin-off would give audiences that glimpse into the inner-happenings of Khloe’s life as a single mom will shed more light on what it’s like now that she and Tristan Thompson have split.
Despite the multitude of hardships Khloé’s encountered over the years - especially in her romantic life - there’s a great deal of interest in Khloé. She’s strong, independent, funny, and is not only a formidable link in the family but is also this years’ People Choice Awards pick for the best reality TV star. True is also one of the lesser-publicized grandkids, so giving True her time to shine alongside her cousins will be fun to see, especially once she starts talking.
